Thoughts on my mind that I would like to share
Let us be your GP (General Practitioner) for your RV needs

When you have a tooth ache, you go to a dentist. When you don’t feel good you go to your GP. If it is beyond your GP’s expertise, you get a referral.
At Family RV we are not a bank, we are not a dentist, we are your RV GP.
We are specialists for repairs on all roof and body, most major appliance, wiring, water damage, insurance repairs, warranty work and all RV related parts. We stick to what we know and do it right. If our diagnostics tells us there is a major engine, transmission, generator re-building or replacement, we refer you to an expert. We are capable of doing most chassis and coach service like; oil change, brakes most repairs and upgrades. If we find something that is beyond our capabilities we will then recommend a repair facility that specializes in this service. We even handle transporting your RV to the shop. We have been doing business with for years these shops have proven their ability to us in the areas that they specialize in, and we trust them to work on our own RV's.

One thing is for certain, in these "trying" times, Family RV Service will not be fumbling around with new departments, new specialties, or new ideas. We are going to stick to what we do best; servicing RV's and meeting customer needs.

This is what we know, what we do, it is how we ensure that our customers, yesterday's and today’s, get what they need to keep their RV's on the road and in tip-top shape. No gimmicks, no games, just RV's.

Despite the fact that many manufacturers are out of business, there are still many parts available. We are skilled at finding most of the parts that you need to repair your RV, and have many resources to help us locate them. Some are more expensive than in the past due to the lack of supply and decreased production, but if it is out there, we can find it, or a comparable replacement, for you. Please understand that because of the closures; a lot of parts may take longer than normal to receive. We will make every effort to repair your RV in a timely manner, but we may at some point, ask you to pick up your RV while we are waiting for parts to arrive. This allows us to service other RV’s that we have already received parts for or already have parts in stock for. We appreciate you understanding and patronage through this busy season.
