A bit of history about why we have and why we do!
I have been in the retail business since 1964 starting with helping my dad in our TV store in Montreal Canada where I learned that good products are easier and less expensive to fix the the less expensive products!

The high quality TVs made it easy, pull out the chassis, replace the tube, do a few adjustments and a happy technician and satisfied customer. Easy everyone wins. Some of the TVs that were built (won't say brands) with much less quality took much longer to fix because of poor access to the failed part and the numerous adjustments needed to be made to try and get the quality results. From an early age I have been a technician, a mechanic and been in many areas of business that allows me to understand that you get what you pay for and that the better quality product you purchase the easier it is to repair and the longer it will last. In a RV it is even more important than a TV. WHY? You do not take your TV on road trips over our city and country roads subjecting it to all the outside conditions such as weather, road conditions and some of our driving habits. We expect our RV to travel these roads and keep us happy with the RV lifestyle. This will only happen if you spend a considerable amount of time researching products and renting and testing.
