
As 2009 ends, I would like to thank all of our great customers for their loyal support this year. I am pleased to say that, due to you, Family RV Service has survived the test of time. We had to make sacrifices this year; all our staff worked long and hard to achieve this year what we did last year with twice as many people. Thank you to all our loyal customers and a warm welcome to those of you who found us this past year. Looking towards 2010, there are a great many opportunities ahead. We are currently re-modeling our parts department to allow us to better meet your service needs. New look:
Our parts and accessory department will have a new look in 2010. We are re-arranging our show room to allow more space for the add-on accessories that we did not have room to carry this year. Now solar panels, generators, electric bikes, roof vents and more products will be displayed in a larger area, for you to view and purchase at discount pricing.
Replacement service parts:
Most of these parts will be stocked in a large warehouse. They will be available to order online and normally shipped to your address in 1 day. Please click here to see what we have to offer. We will be carrying a variety of replacement parts for our rental fleet, but if you need a special part we may well have it in our secure replacement parts department; if not we can quickly order it for you.
Water damage is costly but not if you do this!
The rainy season is here and in the past we have seen many RV's with extensive water damage. We want to help you with this problem and are offering a free puff test operation as long as you are willing to help with the procedure. It takes about 1 hour to install the blower in a roof vent and let it pressure the RV for a few hours. We can then see any leaks that need to be fixed. The machine is free, the advice is free, and the repairs you may do yourself at home. Therefore, our gift to you this holiday season is the free use of our equipment and our advice on what to do - a savings of approximately $ 300.00!
