Times are changing and we are too!
I hope this email finds you enjoying a wonderful summer with your family and friends. Don’t forget that if you are planning to travel with an RV this summer, Family RV is always here to help you with all your RV needs. We have RVs for sale or rent, we perform regular RV servicing and maintenance, and we carry a large inventory of accessories to make your RV experience even better.

Just like other businesses in the present economy, the RV industry is experiencing difficulties: manufacturing facilities are closing, finance companies are pulling lines of credit from dealers, and retail financing has tightened. Sales of RV’s are down significantly, and some RV dealers have been forced to close. Recently two of the largest dealers in our area, JC RV and Alpine RV, have unfortunately had to close their doors. This makes it all the more important for Family RV to step up our services to help all those who previously purchased from other dealers.

In order to stay in business through these tough times, it is imperative that companies model their offerings on what customers really need. Therefore, we have adjusted our business model so that we can still offer our customers the best products and the most professional service in the Bay Area.

dealers in our area. We are well equipped to help all RVers with the best service possible.
Alpine RV was one of the premiere dealers in our area and we are saddened to see them close their doors. Their owners and staff supported our community and we will miss them.

We have only one more year left on our lease at our present facility but we are currently negotiating for another 10 year lease. At the same time, we have found two other locations that could serve our needs, one just a mile south of here and another in Morgan Hill. I will keep you posted on the future of Family RV’s location as news becomes available.
