All of us at Family Rv want to thank all of our customers for their business and support over the summer months. I know that we could not get to all of you immediately for some service recalls, warranty and other rv service. These delays were unavoidable as we tried to help customers left were keft abandon by failed dealers and manufacturers. This added business put a strain on all of us here at Family RV but we want to thank you for your patience this past summer. We are over that now and we are cleaning up, inspecting and repairing all of our rental units for your purchase and use this fall.

With the specials we offered, our great fleet of high quality RV's our customers benefited with a quality trip. My experience of my family's vacation this summer helped me to explain to the customers leaving what to expect and I also enjoy the stories of similar trips from those returning customers. This month I will be getting some of renters pictures and comments up on the internet for your viewing pleasure.

With fuel prices stabilized, California state parks open and all the other great states to enjoy with quality campgrounds there were many happy campers this year and more to come.

Although this summer we were extremely busy with the rental and service aspect of our business our RV sales volume was down from previous years,(probably because all the RV's were rented out). It seems like our customers over this summer were trying different RV's to see what best suited their needs.
