Important facts:
Smoking Policy: There is No Smoking in any of
the rental vehicles.
Towing: No free miles when towing. Motor homes
have a plug for wiring that differ on many units. If Family RV is
requested to hook up your towed vehicle you will be a charged for
the time it takes to connect.
Pick up times: Normally after 2 PM and before
4 PM (Monday through Saturday)
Return times: Normally between 9 AM and
11 AM (Monday through Saturday)
Bike rack: Trailer receiver hitches are locked. If you plan
on using your own bike rack, please bring your bike rack in when
picking up the motor home and we will install it for you. You can
also rent a bike rack from us for $50.00 for your entire trip.
