All service that is requested on a vehicle must be authorized by
the owner of the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle will be responsible
for paying Family RV for all estimates given and service work requested
and performed. All authorizations need to be in written form (email,
fax, mail or in person, etc.)
We are an independent dealer and need to get paid for all the services
that you have requested and performed on any vehicle.
If the services requested are to be paid by a third party, (service
contract, warranty, insurance work, etc) you are requested to sign
all paperwork, pay for the repairs and then we will submit this
for payment to the third party.
If the vehicle in service, service contract, etc was purchased
from another facility then an $ 100.00 processing fee will apply
to each process being completed on your behalf.
