Pete and I wanted to update you on our issue from October. We brought the RV back in and saw Mike regarding the fan not working - seems as though this was due to a learning curve with Pete - he was kindly instructed the fan will only work when the switch is on, which was fixed in September - kindest regards to one issue.

While we were there we ordered a new cover for one of the AC units on the roof and Mike ordered it for us. It arrived in a very timely manner and Mike gave us a great price - picked it up last Saturday.

PS - Rick showed me another unit, which I believe has been sold to someone since, but he's still working on me to upgrade!!! He's a great asset to your team.
